Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms apply to all users of the Service: the platform creator, school administrators, staff, and devices.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Access

Administrator accounts are created via an onboarding link; the user sets their own password. Sharing access credentials with third parties is prohibited.

Devices authenticate using a machine token bound to a school and classroom; the token may be revoked or reissued.

3. Acceptable Use

It is prohibited to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to circumvent children's content protection, or to attempt to access data belonging to other schools.

The Customer is responsible for correctly configuring lesson topics and policies.

4. Content and Log

The dialogue log is intended to provide transparency for administration and parents. Use of the log must be consistent with educational purposes and the protection of children's interests.

5. Intellectual Property

Rights to the Service, software, and the Evi and Alrevion brands belong to the Service Provider. Use is permitted solely within the scope of the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We strive for high availability and quality, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation in the event of failures by external providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may develop and modify the functionality of the Service, as well as update these Terms, by publishing a new version on the website.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

The relationship between the parties is governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and, if no agreement is reached, through the legally prescribed procedure.
